“I called around in the fall for quotes to inspect and clean a double-chimney, and Chimney Chief was by far the most reasonable of any well-reviewed, chimney-specific business I could find in metro Vancouver. We just moved into the house and know nothing about chimneys, so we didn't know what to expect, but they were great -- the owner took the time to walk me through everything while his team of two got to work, pointing out pros and cons to my style of chimney, showing me how the damper worked, and didn't take advantage of my ignorance to up-sell me on an unnecessary recapping that our home inspector had suggested before we bought.
